My device was damaged/faulty when couriers delivered?

  • Photos of the issue (if applicable).
  • Description of issue.

 

Please note: Failing to let us know within 8 hours of receiving the device would not qualify for Epic Rental care and therefore would be processed according to an out-of-warranty repair depending on the issue.
